The Dusit Brand is licensed only for the duration of the Agreement and may be withdrawn or terminated in accordance with its terms.
Neither Dusit nor its affiliates have participated in, or is responsible for, the development, construction, offering, or sale of the Residences. Dusit and its affiliates are also not responsible for, and disclaim any involvement in, any marketing of the Residences or any guarantees, yields, or returns offered by AQAAR. AQAAR is solely responsible for the development, completion, and any promises or offerings, including guaranteed yields or financial returns.
